Shelley, We had an unbelievable trip! The condo was the best! It was very relaxing and we had plenty of room. My in-laws have suggested going ahead and renting the condo for the same time next year! We didn’t want to leave! In fact, I almost called you Saturday to see if you had anything available to extend our vacation a day or two! J I will double check with them again and let you know for sure but I feel like we have definitely found our vacation spot. I have spread the word to several others about what a wonderful place Destin West Beach and Bay Resort is! I have two other friends that I have given your website to that may also be interested. Shelley, just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the Wallace’s condo in Destin West. We all felt the facility had so much to offer on so many levels. We all enjoyed the lazy river and private pool and our grandson was thrilled with the wade-in pool. The walk-over bridge and private beach access was so convenient, CLEAN, and a close to The Boardwalk. Everyone enjoyed The Gulfarium, Marina Café, Louisiana Lagniappe, and Destin Ice Seafood. The golfers in the group enjoyed the courses they played and the shoppers appreciated the outlet mall in Destin. All in all we felt the condo was very well appointed and a very pleasant place to be…..a nice home away from home. We would definitely consider a return trip. I forgot to mention how much we enjoyed the patio looking over the bay. There’s a lot of interesting “traffic” out there. What fun for our grandson to see a tug boat doing its work, various yachts, ski boats and jet skis. The last night we were there and after our grandson was asleep, we (the adults) gathered on the patio with our wine and enjoyed a FABULOUS lightning show over the bay and the sound of a gentle, steady rain….ahhhh! I’m finding myself looking for another excuse to go back soon. It’s easy for EVERYONE to find their own pace there. Again, thank you….you were a pleasure to deal with. Austin, Texas

The Unit we stayed in was awesome, great location, beautiful scenery, it was a wonderful experience.It was so clean and comfortable. Even my 3 year old wants to know when we going back to the house that has a pool on the porch. she absolutley enjoyed herself. Christy Picard, Breaux Bridge, LA

Shelley, Just a short note to say we arrived at the condo this afternoon. It is absolutely fabulous. Although the pictures were great, they don’t do this place justice. The décor is fabulous. In fact, we are huge Jimmy Buffet fans and Lance wants to know where we can get the parrot print that is in the master bath room. I personally love the 2 in the living room. We’ll fill out the guest book, but wanted you to know that we LOVE it and we have only been here for 3 hours and 45 minutes. I was worried that we would need things once we got here, but man, you thought of EVERYTHING. I’m sad to see that you have it for sale….we really want to make this an annual trip. Thanks so much. It was spotless when we got here and it will be spotless when we leave. The kids are having a ball. Cheryl Lively, Texas

FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL...Gosh, these words aren't even enough to describe our stay at your lovely condo! The lazy river and pool are absolutely perfect for our three small children (1, 4, and 7), and the free beach service was priceless. We had plenty of room to carry all the "necessities" (i.e. sand toys) since we didn't have to worry about hauling chairs and an umbrella to the beach! Thanks so much for sharing your "home away from home" with us. This was our second time at this resort, and we're already thinking about NEXT year! Thank you VERY much...I will definitely recommend it to others. P.S. Shelley, you are awesome...hope to speak to you again soon! Thanks for making a "by owner" rental so easy and pleasant. WOW!!!...what a GREAT place to stay!!! The condo was clean and cheerful. Lots of amenities. Our favorite was the Lazy River!!! The free beach chair/umbrella rental is a nice and convenient bonus. We also liked the walkway over Hwy 98, covered parking and general location - close to restaurants, shopping and fun attractions. We can't wait to go back!!!!!!! Ron and Renay, Montgomery, AL
